EMDR

Is a powerful psychological technique, which uses bilateral brain stimulation, such as eye movements or alternating audio input, to reduce various kinds of emotional distress often resulting from significant disturbing experiences or traumas. Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) works safely, relatively quickly and effectively and is less stressful than some other treatments.
